The bed is of reasonable structure and is made of high strength wearing cast iron. The bed is with good rigidity and excellent stability of precision. Moreover the surface of casting is smooth.
Two axes CNC system is employed. The machine is driven by AC servo motor and transmission is done through ball screw and nuts pair. The motor and ball screw are connected directly. The AC servo motor is with position encoder. Automatic grinding circulation with one clamping and measuring gauge control can be realized. Automatic transforming of grinding program and dressing program can be realized. The machine is with the function of manual clamping, single operating and CNC automatic grinding circulation. Grinding beat can be adjusted.
Guide way of both X axis and Z axis are plastic-covered, which increases immunity to vibration and capacity of precision maintaining.
Dressing method of front diamond located way is used. The dresser is fixed in the back of work head. Through linkage of X axis and Z axis, auto cylindrical surface dressing and auto-compensation after dressing can be realized.
The rotating of work driver is driven by servo motor and pulley. The rotating speed can be set within the scope of 30~300r/min.
The tailstock is of sleeve structure and the travel of tailstock is 60mm.
Double working table structure is employed, and the manual taper adjusting function is available.
Optional radial in-process gauge and axial positioner can be employed on the machine to carry out the active measuring and positioning.
Hydraulic components are local products. Driving action is rapid and reliable, and no oil leaking happens in circuits and controlling valves. Designing of hydraulic system meets national standard. Hydraulic pump is fixed above oil tank which makes it easy for replacing and maintaining.
Sedimentary coolant tank, or tank with magnetic separator and filtering paper are available.
Working area protective cover or fully protective cover are available.

The Acceptance, Training and Services
1. Criterion of acceptance
National relative standard GB/T4685 of "precision of cylindrical grinder" and JB/T7418.2-94 "Technical Terms of cylindrical grinder"

2. Ways of acceptance:
The manufacturer should inform the customer 2 months in advance to do acceptance, the customer should send 40 pieces for each work piece (ten pieces use for adjusting) which should be confirmed by both party. Acceptance is carried out at manufacture workshop, and the buyer will send staff to finish the acceptance together. The manufacture should supply inspection report to the buyer. The inspection includes appearance checking, static checking and running checking (8 hour dry running without trouble).
Both parties do test grinding of the buyer's work piece, if it meets requirements, then do continuous cutting of 30 parts and check radial dimension precision. Both parties pick up picks up 10 work pieces at random for the geometry precision and roughness checking. If all items inspected meet requirements of this technical file, the two parties sign the pre-acceptance inspection report. And the machine will be packaged and sent to the buyer.
2) Final acceptance
When the pre-acceptance finished, the buyer is responsible for machine setting, and inform the technical staff of the manufacturer for commissioning.
Represents from both parties check the accessories according to the packing list.
Running testing: 8-hour dry running without trouble. Testing grinding of work pieces confirmed both parties are carried out. If the testing result is acceptable, both parties do continuous grinding of 30 work pieces and check dimension precision of diameter. The buyer picks up 10 work pieces at random for the geometry precision and roughness checking. If all of them meet the requirements of technical agreement, both parties sign final acceptance protocol.
3,Training and service
1) Depending on the condition of the machine, we train the staff of the buyer in the period of pre-acceptance, final acceptance about operation, programming, and machine maintenance.
2) The warranty period is 12 months, which accounts from the finishing day of final acceptance. Manufacture provides free technical support and service within this period. After guarantee period, the manufacture provides paid services for technical consultation and spares and maintaining.
